My name is Kelly Witter and I am a Professional Business Consultant and Trainer running a sizeable business.

As an Independent Marketer, I understand successful marketers must acquire a certain skillset along with utilizing tools, resources and systems to better manage their time and energy more efficiently and effectively. I am associated with some of the top leaders in the industry. I assist others in gaining the required essentials to move forward in their business. If they do not have a business, I am connected to several top leaders, and together we can determine which opportunity would be the best fit for you.

I am a stay-at-home, married, mother of 3 girls. I have been blessed to be at home with my family for 8 years now. I am more of a giver, than a receiver. If I can make a difference in someone's life, all the more and that is who I am. I'm easy-going and a great listener. I will also add that I can be stubborn and strong headed, but I'm not afraid to admit my mistakes. If I have a passion for something, I have to dig in and learn everything about it. I could also classify myself as an over-achiever. Yikes! I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but not the best housekeeper.

My passions are helping others succeed, training and grooming up top leaders. I also love systems. Along with my partners, I am able to provide proven success systems, and if followed, will bring you what you deserve in this industry.

My goal: is to help educate, equip and suggest certain tools, resources and systems (all which I have used with much success) to assist you in growing your business.

What I will NOT do:

• I will not create my list of 200 people
• I will not tell someone we are just “sharing” our product/services
• I will not talk to people that haven’t requested me to talk to them first
• I will not work a cold lead

• I will target market
• I will teach my core leaders how to implement a system that proves them success faster
• I will teach a system that works for you (not a one size fits all)

My story: starts out with approximately 10 years on and off, within various net-marketing businesses with little or no success. I began to do my own research and learn everything I could about this industry.

I feel your pain, I’ve been there, done that – and broke through. In the past, I have alienated my friends and family, I’ve done the 3 foot rule, I’ve done the hotel meetings, made my list of 200 people…you name it. I was spinning my wheels – and it didn’t work!

After learning the do’s and don’ts and the science, something clicked. Succeeding in network marketing is an educational process; it takes commitment and determination with effort over time. Not only that; there are certain tools, resources and proven systems available to help us leverage and manage our time and businesses more effectively and efficiently.

My experience: I have personally learned and applied these same tested strategies, into my own business and am receiving consistent results. These strategies and techniques are proven to work. Personally, I have gone from 0 recruits, to 5, 7, 11 and 14 per month and so on. In my best months – my conversion rates are 3.68 out of every 5 prospecting interviews I conduct. I can teach you the same techniques. Everyone has their own skillset, and therefore your conversion rates will vary.
